Berlin duo Âme are celebrating their 10 year anniversary of making sweet sweet house and techno together, and are celebrating with a twist on the good old “greatest hits” collection, a live album. In 2010, the seasoned producers and DJs began playing live. In the process, they started to rework some of their biggest cuts (some of which date back to the beginning of their career) to please contemporary crowds who have come to expect that certain sound made famous by Âme and their Innervisions cohorts Dixon and Henrik Schwarz. “D.P.O.M.B” is the perfect sampling of that style. Produced by the whole crew, this live version is one of many high-points on the disc which covers a 10 year career seamlessly. The full CD drops May 7th, and Âme will be celebrating this celebration with a gang of tour dates.
